i wanted the yellow layer to be light a bright light in a window... not quite pleased with how it turned out, but i didn't have time to mess with it (my son had just woken up from a nap)...

I finally finished a card for this sketch last night.
I love this layout, but I am such a perfectionist that it was tedious for me to get the small squares lined up neatly. I didn't have a punch the size I wanted for the teal mats behind the designer paper, and my trimmer didn't have 1/8" measurements, so that was a pain for me. I think I'll use punches when I try this layout again.
Anyway, here's the card, which doubles as my card for this week's color challenge. I'm very pleased with it overall.
