I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT COPICS..... What style is best to buy to use for coloring in images? What are the most frequent colors you use? I don't have alot of money to invest in them and would like to get the most frequently used ones first. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks!

I am new to copics too, and probably am not the best person to answer this, but I have done a lot of reading on them so here is what I did.

I use a lot of pinks, purples, and greens (love to do florals), so I concentrated on those. I got at least two of my favorite colors--I made sure one of them was a very light color so I could use the darker color to accent.

I also ordered a very light grey and skin color, as well as the blender to be able to highlight the darker colors.

I hope this helps a bit.

I have a lot of info for beginners on my blog...I just compiled everything I learned through trial and error and from classes and blogs. Just go to my copic faq page and you can view all the information. Also visit the Color Me Copic blog, they have a post here with all of the gals suggested starter colors
