Ok so I have the same order date mine was april 22 and my CC was charged the 10th. I am completely out of patience, I sent another email today and I will dispute the charges before my 90 days are up if I do not have them. It does not sit well that people who ordered in March have them and I do not, I did not have a large order. I know they were swamped and I appreciate that, but they should have capped what they would make. Going out of business is no excuse for this kind of service IMHO

Ok, I finally heard somehitng. yes, oops it was Feb not April... Long week.....
Anyhoo I was told that since my order was in Feb I should have received it by now, which I have not. They are checking on it for me. Will keep my fingers crossed.
There's still hope ladies! I got mine today! It looks like it's all there. My order date was 2-21 and my cc was charged around 3-10. When I called 2 days ago they said this week or next so it may not take as long as they're saying. Tonight I will open up all the pots to make sure they're dry. I need to make a chart now so I will actually use the things.

they told me the same thing, to give it a couple more days and call again.
Here's a chart I did to do my own color samples. I just used a cotton swab and put a sample of each color in the block. It's in alphabetical order -- except for the last two which I somehow overlooked when doing the original chart.
I ordered mine on the 24th of Feb and credit card was charged around the 11th march and I still have not received them... I am in Australia so I guess I'll be waiting a bit longer for my twinklings. I'd love to order more but the postage cost me more than the H2O's themselves so I'm not going to!! I will continue to be patient and hopefully they will be here before mothers day!!!
I am hoping that they are and will still be in about a week when I get my check, I want to grab some more even though I haven't received my first order yet... I was only able to order about $40.00 worth and I know there are more I "Have" to have.. LOL

My 3 kids and hubby are chipping in to buy me all 23 mini pot 6 packs that I do not own ...then I will have all 168 colors(I only have 30 now)...this is my mothers day gift...hubby is adding in the extra for the storage unit!! I am feeling blessed, as they usually so NOT purchase me craft items. I am guessing it is because I told them the company is going out of business. I am just waiting for the kids' checks to arrive so they can be deposited, then I'll call in the order. you all say they don't actually charge the card til about 3 weeks later?
My order was charged in less than a week from when I ordered... But I have heard that some people it was more like 2 and 3 weeks after they placed their orders... I used my Bank Mac Card, not sure if that made a difference or not..

What is the storage unit?? Where are you purchasing that? I would love to have something to store mine in (when I get them, that is)!
Lucky you! All 168 colors! I'll have about 88 (I think) once my order(s) come in!

Payment made 4/29. Now I can start counting the days. I can't believe I broke down and completed the entire set.
Don't feel bad, I had 48 of them and once I get my last two orders I will have all of the colors. I love these little things, can't wait to get them all.

I feel silly - not bad. I love my little pots. I have about 48 as well at the moment, I think. I'd have to check my color chart at home. (Yes - I fill the dang thing in every time I get new pots.)

I think they are going by the date your CC was charged as an order date. I also ordered in Feb. Maybe there will be an announcement about when they are no longer taking new orders?
Just when I'd about given up hope, they arrived....It was a torturous wait, but I'm really glad I stuck with it - I'd wanted to order more, but I'm not sure I could stand it again!
Yeah for all of you who have received yours in the past couple of days!! I am hoping that I can still place an order when I get more Scrappin Finds next week!! If not than I have half of the colors and I am sure I can make do.. LOL

If it's the units on the Marco Paper site - nice - but won't work for me. I have 6 large pots and (soon) all of the small pots - AND - I leave them open for a few days to dry. Right now I use this little sterilite 3 drawer thingy. One draw I keep all the H2Os. I guess I'm moving to 2 or all 3 shortly. Upside down when closed. Rightside up when open/drying.
I ordered in mid Feb and my order just arrived yesterday. I haven't tried them out yet, but everything looked perfect. I had ordered a 12 pack and 7 individual pots. I had pretty much written off the whole thing so I was very pleasantly suprised when they came. If you're still waiting, I would say just continue to be patient . . .I really think that they are doing their best to fill all the orders.
I placed my order in Feb,but my card was not charged till then end of March.I still haven't received them. I called the first week of April and was told they were in production.I hope they come soon

Nice storage if you are travelling with them...
I think I will just keep looking as I'm trying to get more uniform storage and I wanted something that would let me store within storage - I guess that makes sense!...
I hope mine come soon I want to play!!!
However, I think I will scratch the idea of making a Mother's Day or Graduation cards with them!!!! LOL
Are you ordering from Marco's Paper or directly from Luminarte? I don't think Marco's is giving the 40% discount that Luminarte is for their products (at least I don't think they are). The storage looks pretty nice, but since it isn't from Luminarte, I don't need to rush. No wonder we couldn't find storage units on the website - - I think everyone here has been ordering directly from Luminarte.
I had gone to a rubber stamping convention about three year's ago and one of the companies there had some open storage for the twinkies. It seems as though they were made of wood and stackable. I doubt if I'll ever be able to find them again.

The first LSS that I ever saw Twinkling H20s in had a different storage system. She had flat plastic cases that are originally meant to hold small containers of beads. The bead containers themselves were about the same size as the pots of H20s so she stored the pots in that container, I think each one held maybe 30 or so and she had them separated by color family. Their was a lid to the bead container and so she stored the H20s without the lid and the bead containers stacked and didn't take too much room. I have seen similar bead storage things at Jo-Ann's. I hope this makes sense, I will try and find a picture to post. I am hoping to get some myself soon.
In the latest Archiver's "magazine" they are going to stock Romanoff stackable boxes... I'm wondering if these will be a good possibility.
I googled Romanoff but they only deal with wholesalers. I will wait... Maybe I will get one of the stack cube things they also come with shallow drawers...Probably best to get the product first though LOL!
I ordered my first time on 2/24 and had given up hope but don't as mine came Monday of this week, 5/4. This are my first waters so am excited.. Now the wait for my second order placed 3/6.
Hope yours come soon.

Janet,
I'm using bamboo drawer dividers that I bought at Bed, Bath and Beyond. They sound like what you're talking about because they stack. I bought the longest size 6 x 15. The Twinks aren't a perfect fit. I just put a couple of gel pens beside them to keep them from sliding around. I like that they stack, but I can store the paints in a single layer to see the colors easily. (I just turn the small ones upside down so I can read the names.)
