My demo is a good friend, she has never pressured me to sign up. But with all the chatter here and $99 kit, I talked myself into it! Now I can't wait to get my new stuff and be able to go on SU sites. Yikes this is fun!
I did get the new ink colors. I'm so excited to get them. Even before my demo does. I spent hours on the SU site already. I'm waiting patiently....to get approved for the demo side of SCS. I didn't think I would be this buzzed about it all.
My husband has been encouraging me to become a demonstrator since my demo quit. I keep saying I don't have the time or I can't spend the money. The $99 deal has gotten my attention. My friends and fellow stampers want me to do it. They just need a new connection! What helped you make the decision??

I've been tempted before but the money was an issue (in reality I've already spent thousands of dollars on full price stuff) and all the upset last year about not being able to use anything but SU stuff at all anywhere. It all kind of stuck in my craw. On SCS here I read a lot of discussion recently about just not promoting anything that competes directly with SU in what I make or do. The lure of the discounts and the sneak peaks and the "insider" information was just enough to push me over the line. Plus it gives me a community of stampers to hang with. And here I am. I'd say go for it. Especially since you friends and DH are so supportive.
How fun, ladies! I know you'll all have a blast! Seriously, what's the downside with a killer special like now? If it turns out you can't keep up with the minimums, nothin' gets repossessed, lol...you keep your starter kit and everything you purchased at the demo price. And who knows? Many a top seller originally signed up "just for the discount."
