I can't believe what I found tonight on SCS

I was browsing through Comment Thread 4 when I came across a user name that struck me funny. My first thought "no, it can't be, but what if it is?", so I popped off a PM to find out the answer.
Sure enough - we were related at one time. This other SCSer was married to a cousin of mine.
Gotta love the internet and the coincidences like that. I was also able to find another fun gallery to browse.

That's so funny! Yes it is a small world.

Not to hijack the thread, but same thing happened to me but on Oprah. I was watching a show that was about people surviving against all odds. This girl came on saying she was at a jazz club in NYC when a crazy man came in with a machine gun. Then all of a sudden the name pops up on the screen and she had my madien last name which is not popular at all. I go on the internet look up the story. Call up my dad & it turned out to be his 2nd cousin's daughter.
