I'm not affiliated with Ellen Hutson company, but I just have to tell everyone what happened.
I was browsing the gallery about an hour ago and looked at a Julia S card that used inchies boards from Ellen Hutson and decided I HAD to have some. So, off to Ellen Hutson store to shop and found several more items I *needed*.
But before I finalized the order, I had a question about something and really needed to know right away (I checked their operating hours and knew they were currently "open"), so I called the number on the customer service page and someone not only ANSWERED, but was extremely pleasant, AND had all the answers I needed!
So I finalized my order and this is the BEST part: I had a shipment notification less than 5 minutes later!!!!
It's already shipped and I just placed the order less than 20 minutes ago!
you will not be disappointed, i never have been, and i have ordered many times. i accidentally lost instructions that came with a purchase i made and emailed them with a request to purchase new ones, and they emailed them to me within 12 hours.FREE!
she is talented, has quality products and a flair for nudging the creative side of us out!

I have to agree. I've ordered from many online stores, but I can't recall when I've had better service than when I ordered from Ellen. Enjoy your goodies when they arrive!

Me three, lol. She was the first online store I ordered from, to do with crafting cards. and have always received excellent customer service. (looove the inchie stuff too by the way!)
I just received a call from a dear friend of mine, Miss Mona Lisa, telling me about this thread. I just want to tell each and every one of you thank you all SO VERY much (you are going to make me cry - LOL!)

I have ordered from Ellen several times as well, and she has always been kind and helpful. My orders have always been accurate, arrived quickly, and her products have lived up to my expectations. She ROCKS!
I {heart} Ellen and I am a VERY happy customer!!! I order from her a lot *lol* I had the pleasure of meeting Ellen at CHA in February and can say that she is as genuine as genuine can be. Thanks for your inspiration, your education, your fantastic customer service!

You know online ordering is so **convenient** but man when something goes wrong it's difficult because there is no visual!!. If online ordering would just realize **honest communication**is the key then every online store would succeed!!!! With saying that Ellen Hutson ROCKS LOVE her quick ship and COMMUNICATION!!!! I ordered something last Friday and received it Monday and we all know how we love those package's at the front door!!! YIPEEEEEEEEEE

I have purchased from Ellen's store on several occasions myself and have always been thrilled with her fantastic customer service, quality merchandise and super fast delivery! She is one awesome lady!!!!
Add me to the list of fans- I recently ordered for the first time and had problems with paypal- Ellen's customer service were not only helpful, but above and beyond pleasant- I felt like I had made a friend! My oder arrived and was perfect but more than that, I will return because of the personal and excellent service.
Absolutely love Ellen Hutson! She and her staff provide the best in customer service. Both my orders have shipped same day and both were well packaged. Also their shipping rates to Canada are reasonable IMHO. And, for the first time ever - thanks to their quick shipping and no doubt USPS and CanadaPost I received my order is less than a week! This is a record!!!
I just had to chime in here. I just sent an email to Ellen's cutomer service asking a question about a product and I had an answer in less than an hour! All I can say is WOW!!! What a great company!

My first purchase from Ellen was a rescue mission from the get-go......and they were just the best and most patient company possible.....somehow I messed up the order twice......any other company would have given up on me.....but their customer service rep, Beth I believe, took care of me and my order came through perfectly......
