I'm a repeat customer at CHF, and have always been pleased. However, they've outdone themselves with this last order.
I ordered on Friday, and on Monday the package was at my door! Can't very easily get any faster delivery than that. Also, the stamps were so well wrapped and taped in bubble wrap that it took some effort to get them out (trying to save the bubble wrap to use again).
BTW, the new Dots and Circles Backgrounder is gorgeous!
I order from them alot, they package their stamps with love , like they care abut them, unlike some company's that just toss them in and sometimes are bent.

Yep, same great attention to detail even when they're giving stuff away! I was lucky enough to win a BG stamp in the background Blitz challenge they ran on the CHF forum last week. My name came out of the hat on Wednesday morning and I received my stamp yesterday even though I'm on the other side of the Atlantic. Liz even picked out a new prize for me as the original stamp was one I already own - can't beat that really, can you?
I am sad to say that I can't share the same positive experience about this company. :( I had heard so many wonderful things about CHF, but my experience turned out to be a negative one....

I *really* hope you shared your experience with the CHF team - I know they would appreciate the feedback - good or bad! Customer service can only be improved if they're aware of the problem, right?! TFS!

I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope that you let them know so they can find a remedy if there is one. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with CHF. I hope you give them another try
I can only agree with outstanding customer service. I am all the way in Japan and when I ordered it was in the middle of the night in the states, my order was already on it's way that following day. It arrived within 1 week of being shipped off, but that is real good since I am on the other side of the world . They also have very fair prices and don't overcharge you on shipping. They get 5 stars from me as well.

I would give you the same advice others are giving you....contact CHF.....they are great people to deal with, appreciate their customers, and readily deal with any problems.
I have been a long time customer of the company (being a background addict) and they have always given top class service and product.
I have to chime in here about my great experiences with CHF. I've ordered a couple times and the service has been super quick! I love the free shipping over $35 and the stamps themselves are great!! Deeply etched and I LOVE the designs!!
Yep, you guys are A#1 enablers!! I learned about CHF here on Splitcoast. I had great service. I'm waiting for the new Kim Hughes collection release before placing another order!!
Had to edit: Adding that free shipping to Alaska is VERY rare for any company. I truly appreciated this from CHF!!

I've been thrilled with the fabulous service from CHF too - and I live in Canada - so sometimes things can take time.. not so with CHF - everything arrived within a week!! I am getting set to purchase a couple of their cute critters line!! They have such great stuff and great service!! Love the tutorials that they offer on their site as well!!
I placed my first order for Thomas Kinkade,"hometown pride" and it arrived in SW suburbs of Chicago in record time. The packaging of the ink and stamps was excellant. I love this stamp and will definately be ordering more....Check out the gallery if you are looking for a patriotic stamp.... CArol
